ClawCade Prize Booth Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the ClawCade Prize Booth ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The ClawCade Prize Booth is a web-based platform where players can browse and redeem prizes earned from playing Claw Cade on Twitch. Points earned through gameplay can be exchanged for physical prizes that are shipped to you.

3. Points and Redemption

Point Value

Points earned through Claw Cade have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points may only be used to redeem prizes available in the Prize Booth.

Prize Availability

Prizes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to modify prize offerings, point costs, and availability at any time without notice.

Redemption Process

When you redeem a prize, you will be asked to provide shipping information. Once a redemption is confirmed, the points are deducted from your balance. Redemptions cannot be reversed once processed.

4. Shipping

Prizes are shipped using Shippo. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method available. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages lost or undelivered due to incorrect addresses.

5. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of prize redemptions, all redemptions are final. Points will not be refunded for redeemed prizes. If a prize arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. User Accounts

You must have an account to use the Prize Booth. Accounts are authenticated through Firebase. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate point balances or redemption records
• Provide false shipping information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's functionality

8. Intellectual Property

The ClawCade Prize Booth, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of its developer. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the Service's intellectual property.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Availability of specific prizes
• Accuracy of point balances or order tracking
• Shipping times or delivery guarantees

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of the ClawCade Prize Booth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of points or redemption data
• Shipping delays or lost packages
• Prize defects or quality issues
• Any damages arising from third-party services (Firebase, Shippo)

11. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
