By downloading, installing, or using CravePath ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
CravePath is a food recommendation application that helps you discover what to eat by presenting dishes and learning your taste preferences. The App shows you dishes across multiple rounds, builds a taste profile based on your selections, and suggests meals that match your preferences. All data is stored locally on your device.
CravePath does not require or support user accounts. There is no sign-in, no registration, and no personal data stored in the cloud. Session data is stored temporarily on your device for crash recovery. Anonymous algorithm performance data is sent to Firebase as described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain full ownership of all data created in the App, including your taste profile, session history, and dish selections.
Your personal data is stored temporarily on your device for session recovery. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all local data.

The App displays banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. Before any advertising data is collected, the App obtains your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform (in GDPR regions and regulated US states) and, on iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
Based on your choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. You can update your ad preferences at any time from the App's Settings. Ad content is determined by Google and is subject to Google's advertising policies. CravePath is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
The App uses your device's system locale and timezone settings to determine which food delivery services to display. The App does not access GPS or precise location data for this purpose. When you choose to find food or order delivery, the App opens a link to the relevant third-party service (such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, Deliveroo, or other regional services). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. CravePath is not responsible for the content, availability, or conduct of any third-party app or website.
CravePath provides food suggestions for entertainment and convenience purposes only. The App does not provide dietary, nutritional, or medical advice. Food recommendations are based on taste preference patterns and should not be relied upon for dietary planning, allergy management, or health decisions. Always check ingredients and consult a healthcare professional for dietary concerns.
The CravePath application, including its design, code, dish database, recommendation algorithms, and branding, is the property of its developer. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the App's intellectual property beyond the license to use the App as intended.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Since no accounts are used, uninstalling removes all app data permanently.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
