The Claw Cade Privacy Policy

The short version: The Claw Cade collects only the data needed to run the interactive claw machine experience on Twitch. We use your Twitch username for game state and leaderboards. We don't sell or share your data with third parties.

Data Storage

The Claw Cade stores game data — including player usernames, win history, point balances, and leaderboard rankings — on our servers to operate the interactive experience.

This data is tied to your Twitch username and is used solely to run the game, track wins, and manage prize redemptions.

Information We Collect

Twitch username — used to identify you in the game, on leaderboards, and for prize redemption
Game activity — plays, wins, and point balances
RFID tag data — used to identify prizes grabbed by the claw machine (not linked to personal identity)

Information We Do Not Collect

✕Email addresses or real names (unless provided for prize shipping)

✕Location or GPS data

✕Payment information (handled by third-party services)

✕Usage analytics or telemetry beyond game activity

✕Contacts or personal device data

Twitch Integration

The Claw Cade operates as a Twitch interactive experience. When you participate via Twitch chat, we receive your Twitch username and chat commands through the Twitch API. We do not access any other Twitch account information beyond what is publicly available.

Prize Redemption

If you win prizes and choose to redeem them through the ClawCade Prize Booth, additional information (such as a shipping address) may be collected at that time. See the ClawCade Prize Booth Privacy Policy for details.

Data Retention and Deletion

Game data (wins, points, leaderboard entries) is retained as long as The Claw Cade is operational. If you would like your data removed, please contact us and we will delete your records.

The Claw Cade is not directed at children under 13. Twitch's own terms of service require users to be at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
